This hotel is in a great location near the train station, city center, and shopping area with super friendly staff and a comfortable riverfront setting.

Asked for a double room and it was spotless with already made sofa bed. There were central heating, TV and tea/coffee making equipment when we arrived. The location was favourable and unbeatable - ease of access to Altstadt I.

The double room we stayed in was huge with sofa bed. There where facilities such as a work desk, coffee/tea makers, and a multi-channel television. The accommodation had a central location near river.

The brand-new hotel was gorgeous. Marvellous breakfast with a lot of choices. - Absolutely perfect and marvellous location in Muelheim an der Ruhr, very close to the train station, Mülheim's downtown, and the center of the town. - In the pedestrian area.

The hotel's location is particularly good, it's very close to both the center and the pedestrian area. the breakfast option is marvellous and satisfactory, with the option to take a doggy bag. Private parking is provided onsite.

The staff here are really helpful and provide terrific services.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and the rooms were clean. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to the city center and shopping area. there were nearby parking facilities, some of which were even free after 4 pm and during weekends.

There were a couple of negatives. the air conditioning system in the rooms was not independent and did not cool the room effectively, making it uncomfortable during warm weather.

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Muelheim, thanks to its convenient location just a 5-minute walk from the train and bus station. The hotel itself was extremely clean, and the reception staff were exceptionally friendly. The breakfast buffet included in our stay was basic but good value for money. We also enjoyed the restaurant and bar on the riverfront just behind the hotel entrance. One highlight was the accommodation solution provided by the receptionist when we had a reservation misunderstanding, offering us 2 contiguous rooms to comfortably accommodate our group of 4. The underground garage was also practical, and overall, we were pleased with the comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like. 😊

The breakfast selection was decent although not impressive. The location was convenient, close to the city center and public transportation. The room was clean and neat, with comfortable beds.

The air conditioning system did not work properly and the room was stuffy and uncomfortable during our stay. the towels were not replaced daily and we had to request the housekeeping service.

The value for money at the Holiday Inn Express was excellent, with comfortable rooms in great condition. The location was convenient, especially for those visiting Siemens factories, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

More variety of breakfast items would have made the experience even better.

His helpfulness and attentive service made us feel well taken care of. the hotel staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and modern. the location was convenient, with easy access to the city centre and shopping area. Plus, there were parking facilities nearby, including free parking after 4 pm and on weekends. We would definitely recommend Holiday Inn to our friends and will be returning for another stay. Cons: Nothing to fault. 👍.
